Technical Assistance Team

Our offer

The main purpose of the activities of the Technical Assistance Team to support institutional development of entities of the public and private sector, through consulting and technical assistance. The team provides services for public and private clients by reinforcing their effectiveness, building their institutional abilities and supproting the process of implementing programmes and projects financed from external sources. We specialise in preparing and implementing grant schemes financed from public and provate funds. The Technical Assistance Team was responsible for implementing the Seed Money Fund and the Non-Governmental Organisations Fund financed from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism and the EEA Financial Mechanism. As an Intermediary of both funds we created criteria for selecting projects and procedures for awarding grants, assessed the applications, signed contracts with beneficiaries, distributed financial resources and conducted monitoring of progress in implementation of projects prepared by beneficiaries and their partners, control and audit. Total value of distributed resources amounted to 27 million Euro. Over 300 projects were implemented

Apart from implementing grant schemes, we work on monitoring of project implementation, benchmarking, as well as organising and servicing various events (conferences, competitions, business trips, workshops). Our speciality lies with organising study visits in Poland and abroad. In our work we use knowledge and contacts established in previous projects in Poland and in other European countries (Bulgaria, Romania, Estonia, Malta, Turkey). Recepients of our actions are representatives of both central and self-governmental administration, as well as business support institutions (clusters, technology parks), the private sector (small and medium enterprises) and NGOs from Poland and abroad.
