Prepraring applications

Thanks to Poland's accession to the European Union entrepreneurs, selfgovernment units, farmers or non-profit organisations have faced many newe possibilities given by EU grants. Applying to these funds reqeuires a correct preparation of applications together weith necessary annexes which fulfil all technical requrements. Often, technical or formal errors can make receiving a grant longer or completely impossible.

Implementation of Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 requirements

While making a decision on implementing the system, we often know very little about ISO 9001 standards. It brings unreasonable expectations concerning the results of implementation, for example: expectation of a rapid sales growth, increased quality of products, soling of organisational problems .

It is of course possible, but not immediately. Implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) is an investment which should be considered in a time horizon of at least building a new industrial hall or implementation of a new technology e.g. a new financial and accountancy system.

ISO 90001:2000 standard is such a technological „novelty” which describes the basic set of tools necessary for a more efficient functioning of a company. It is necessary to conduct a feasibility study and later, a certification.

Therefore it is necessary to conduct a previous market analysis – what is the recipients’ interest in the certificate, what are its marketing benefits, what can be gained by implementing ISO 9000 system in an enterprise? If we care for a long term growth and development of our company, then QMS will be a very goo0d tool for effective management, better adjustment of the product to the needs of the market (client), improvement of the company’s image.
