Mid-term evaluation of Phare programme in Poland
Scope of the project
Consortium including ECOTEC Research and Consulting Ltd., MWH S.A. and ECORYS Polska Sp. z o.o., has been selected to provide technical support for the Office for the Committee for European Integration (OCEI) in conducting an independent mid-term evaluation of currently realised Phare programmes in Poland. The contract began in December 2004 and will continue till October 2006.
A team of five key experts has been working with the ECORYS Polska office, where they can fully use the support of resources of all three members of the consortium Acting in a close, partner cooperation with the OCEI, they create different evaluation reports, useful for different groups of recipients in Poland
