Ex-ante evaluation of Technical Assistance Operational Programme 2007-2013
Scope of the project
Ex-ante evaluation of Technical Assistance Operational Programme 2007-2013 has been conducted by ECORYS Polska between 22 August 2006 r. - 31 October 2006 and was commissioned by the Ministry of Regional Development.
The purpose of the assessment was an increase of quality of Technical Assistance Operational Programme 2007-2013 project in such a way that its results would allow to make an optimal allocation of financial means within the National Strategic Terms of Reference 2007-2013, which are implemented using operational programmes in Poland.
The main aim of the Technical Assistance Operational Programme is to ensure an efficient and effective realisation of NSToR in 2007-2013. This aim has two bjectives:
- To ensure an efficient realisation of NSToR and to support preparations for future interventions of structural funds,
- An efficient distribution of information and promotion of NSToR as well as to ensure a correct flow and exchange of information between participants of the NSToR realisation process.
