Scope of the project

Between June and September 2005 ECORYS Polska complets a project concerning a process of creating a new formula for an international developer planning to expand a Furniture Center in Poland.

The project includes creating a presentation which would be used as a basis for Workshops conducted by ECORYS Polska with participation of the Centre employees. The presentation consists of results from an analysis of the current Centre situation in comparison with its foreign equivalents. The aim of the Workshops is to create an ideal formula for the Centre. The effect is a Report summarising the conclusions coming from discussions. The last element of the Project is the Report Summary Meeting.

The project was led by a Leader Johannes van Iersel with participation of Katarzyna Matuszczak.
