Performance budgeting
In connection with public finance reforms and in asnwer to increasing demand for performance budgeting ECORYS Polska has prepared a special offer of trainings concerning a newmodel of budgeting addressed to public sector units.
Aim of the trainings
The aim of the trainings is to prepare public sector employees to implement a new task based budgeting model. We offer trainings which will give their participants the knowledge on what is performance budgeting, what can it be used for, what standards should it fulfil and how to prepare a performance budget.

The training is particularly addressed at persons responsible for strategic planning, management in public finance units and expenditure planning.
